Why Sadya Draft

A sadya was never one size fits all

Sit down at any real sadya and you'll see it — someone skipping the fish curry, someone else going back for a second ladle of payasam, and someone quietly asking for extra crispy shallots on everything. A traditional banana-leaf feast has always flexed around the person eating it. Most delivery menus don't.

Sadya Draft started as a simple question: what if the plate itself was the menu? Every compartment here is a real component of the feast, sized and priced on its own, so what you order is exactly what you'd have served yourself.

Small detail, but it's the one people ask about most — extra crispy shallots are always just a tap away.
